Rebate Eligibility

These rebates are based on income tiers (using Area Median Income thresholds), which help determine the level of savings you may qualify for. Below are the current 2025 Metro Atlanta income guidelines:

What This Means for You
Depending on your household size and income, you may qualify for significant savings on energy-efficient upgrades through one or both of the following programs:

  • HEAR (Home Electrification & Appliance Rebates): Income-based rebates for high-efficiency heating and cooling systems, including heat pumps.

  • HER (Home Efficiency Rebates): Performance-based incentives for whole-home upgrades that improve overall energy efficiency.

Please note: eligibility results are estimates and not guaranteed, as funding is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.
